Are you passionate about sustainability and want to make a difference? Join the project management team for the second edition of Thoughts for Future!
After a successful launch in October 2024, we’re bringing the festival back in fall 2025. Thoughts for Future is a festival for students by students, focusing on sustainability through engaging and interdisciplinary activities such as workshops, talks, and debates. Our mission is to inspire students and young professionals, spark meaningful discussions, and broaden horizons.
In our first edition, we welcomed over 100 attendees and hosted 30 incredible speakers across presentations, workshops, and debates. Now, we’re looking for you to help us build on this success.
Who are we looking for?
We’re searching for new project managers who are excited to leave their mark on the festival. No prior experience is necessary – just enthusiasm and a willingness to contribute.
Last year, we had 4 project managers working on the festival, but for 2025, we’re aiming to grow the team to around 6. Some of the project managers from last year will continue, and they’ll ensure there’s a smooth hand-off of the festival planning process to the new team.
There are many ways to get involved in planning the festival, including:
- Social media and communications
- Budget planning
- Writing grant applications
- Finding and coordinating speakers
- Event logistics

What’s the time commitment?
The festival will take place in Denmark in the fall of 2025, so you’ll need to be available to attend by then. Expect to dedicate a few hours every other week for project management tasks, with the workload increasing as the festival approaches. Meetings will be planned flexibly to accommodate everyone’s schedules.
