Kristian Thorup-Kristensen is professor at the University of Copenhagen, Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences.

He will talk about the considerations around organic/conventional plant-based food and agriculture from a sustainability perspective.
Including which factors are at play when cultivating organic versus conventional in relation to e.g. environment, climate, resource utilization etc.
