Green Student Society is a student organisation for anyone interested in climate change, biodiversity, and sustainability in a broad sense.
GSS is for students who are curious about how institutions, businesses, and society address sustainability challenges such as environmental impact, CO₂ emissions, socioeconomic inequality, responsible resource use, regenerative agriculture, bioethics, and much more.
As a member of GSS, you will have the opportunity to:
- Explore complex sustainability issues together with students from different backgrounds.
- Plan and organise sustainability-related events at and around Studenterhuset.
- Engage with academics and professionals from relevant fields.
We meet four times during the semester, taking turns to lead the meetings and invite guest speakers. Members are also encouraged to develop different projects on the side. Last semester, for example, we organised a fermentation workshop and a visit to an urban garden.
The meetings take place at Studenterhuset from 17:00–20:00 on the following dates:
16/09, 30/09, 28/10 and 25/11
We look forward to hearing from you! Questions? asp@bystudents.dk
