Ecosia is a non-profit search engine where 100% of the profits go to planting trees around the world. ‘Ecosia on Campus’ is a global movement of students who want to make Ecosia the default search engine at their university. Over 30 campuses have already made the switch, all thanks to climate-active students like you driving change.

Why join?
When a university makes Ecosia the default search engine on campus, every search made by students contributes to planting trees and reforesting the planet. It’s a free and easy way for your university to take action for the climate.
And with your support, your campus could be next! We have a volunteer in Actory who wants to spread the word about Ecosia at UCPH – and who will work to get it adopted as a standard search engine. That’s why we’re gathering a small team of volunteers so that together you can move the project forward.

Who are we looking for?
Are you interested in driving local change and ready to take responsibility in a volunteer-driven climate project?
We are looking for team players who want to strengthen ‘Ecosia on Campus’ at UCPH. Among other things, you must have the courage to do outreach work, where we stand on campus and tell students about the project, but the work also consists of developing campaigns, fundraising and project planning.
